Elbow pain?

This is commonly caused by tendonitis.

Tendonitis is inflammation and injury to the soft tissues (like a cord) that hold the muscles to the bone called tendons.

Tennis players are more likely to injure the tendons on the outside of the elbow (tennis elbow).
Golfers are more likely to injure the tendons on the inside of the elbow (golfer's elbow).

Well, you should suspect tennis elbow.

There may be a partial tear of the tendon fibers, which connect muscle to bone. The tear may be at or near where these fibers begin, on the outside of the elbow.
